"The location is perfect, on a big boulevard, close to the main attractions (20-30 minutes away from almost everything). The apartment is well divided, nicely decorated, practical and full of light. All 3 beds (a queen bed and 2 convertibile sofas) are comfortable, there is a big table that accomodated all 5 of us, big smart TV, nice bathroom with separate heating and always hot water, no matter the hour. It was warm enough inside, but we had also the possibility of using the ceiling ventilation if we wanted. We had everything we needed, we are happy with the accommodation choice we made. Paris is a very expensive city and sometimes even if you pay a lot you are not satisfied with the conditions. It was very clean, intimate and private (we had one of the 6 apartments which have a private entrance in the building). Everything is secured, self check-in and self check-out. Sanaa was very nice and accomodated all our needs. Thank you!"

"Very easy and fast check-in, nice and new building (with elevator) in a very stylish central area of Paris. Quiet apartment, well soundproofed even if at the first floor. Bathroom with bidet (!) and heated towel rail. Confortable and quite big sofa beds. Nespresso coffee machine."

"Apartment more oriented to fashion and style than practicalities but it's a very minor detail in comparison with the positive things. There are 6 (real) sleeping places but the apartment is very small, more suggested for 4 people than 5 or 6 (we are a family of 5). No freezer. Inductions stove with only 2 burners. No roller shutters only curtains that let in the light in the morning. No contacts from the owner during the stay to ask if everything was going fine."

"The apartment was perfect for the three of us. The location on the Left Bank was superb. Walking was easy to every Left Bank attraction. Restaurants, shops, and stores were plentiful. The beds were comfortable as was the sitting area. We were given access codes online, but someone was also there to meet us, show us around, and give us the key to our unit. Communication with the onsite housekeeper and the management was excellent. The apartment was bright. We were able to sit on the small balcony and have coffee or a glass of wine. The shower was the most wonderful I've had in a hotel or apartment rental. The shower did overflow a bit, but it was a small matter, not a deal breaker. It was comfortable and welcoming, and the wifi was good. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend the Suite Cocteau"
